Achtung, Achtung!
NEW SINGLE OUT NOW!
On Crimson Pearls,
Tal isn’t interested in the comfortable artifice of the stage.
This is a study in the high cost of the costume; the exhaustion of the performance. It’s the sound of a smoky back room where the air is thick with what isn’t being said. The tension between the mask we wear and the skin we hide.
Internalised, externalised, it’s all the same violence in the end.
The binary is dissolving. The despair is rhythmic.
Crimson Pearls is live.
Available for digital acquisition on Bandcamp.
Born as a bedroom project, the need to maintain sanity through creativity pushed TAL to start making music that is an urgent and fresh take on post-punk, yet one that’s not afraid to wear it’s heart on it’s sleeve.
Mixing old-school goth vibes with synth-pop twists, the band dives into themes like grief, politics, and the occult with raw honesty.
Using sharp guitar riffs and driving beats as textual, melodic devices, TAL’s music packs a punch that’s impossible to ignore.
With the two members hailing from Wellington, New Zealand, and Mannheim, Germany, Berlin- based TAL’s diverse background adds depth to their sound. Their music is a reflection of real- life struggles and invites listeners to join the conversation.
If you’re looking for tunes that hit hard and provokes introspection, TAL is the band to watch. They’re ready to shake things up and leave their mark.
